A familiar workwear shape, reworked the Summer Madras way. The Slashed Column Chore Jacket is cut from 100% cotton in a relaxed silhouette, with rows of raw-edged fabric running vertically across the body — creating the jacket’s signature slashed, column-like texture.

Light enough to layer without feeling heavy, it’s finished with a classic collar, button front and roomy pockets. The exposed edges are intentionally left raw, giving the fabric more character with wear and turning a straightforward chore jacket into something a little less expected.

Wear it open over a tee or linen shirt, button it up on cooler days, and let it soften into your wardrobe over time.

Composition & Care

100% Cotton. Gentle cold wash separately or with similar colors. Do not bleach. Line dry in shade. Warm iron when required. The raw-edge detailing is intentional and may continue to soften and develop with wear and washing. The bilberry colorway is a real indigo fabric and will bleed color while washing, wash with like colors to prevent cross-staining.
